Greg Farrell is excellent with eminent domain and condemnation appraisal. He has a very in-depth knowledge of the process in Texas from both a valuation and legal perspective. He was able to help me get my matter settled for much higher compensation than TxDOT's initial offer without going through condemnation or legal matters, I just was able to utilize his appraisal. I highly recommend his firm to both property owners and attorneys.
