Tired of getting letters from these jokers trying to buy our property for pennies.
Complete joke......unsolicited offer for farm ground. Not sure which is worse, the calls from India or this guy. My advice......throw in the trash quickly.
Received a letter from a Kevin Farrell, the "manager." The letter offered $8348-$10852 for our 4.77 acre property (there are no improvements, it is Agricultural land). This is an absolute joke. In an email, he responded that if I wanted market value I should contact a realtor. I hold a Broker's license in Indiana and I also hold a license in the state of Florida. This company is taking advantage of people and NOT giving them market value for their property. He even admitted it in his email that he sent back.
