Called and made an appointment a few weeks prior for new patient checkup with time and date locked in. When we showed up they said there is no appointment and refused to assist in a very dismissive tone even though I had call records.
Absolutely love Dr Lynn, she is the most genuine caring and candid physician. Couldn’t recommend her enough.
Yet again the practice violates my parental rights. The practice continues to inappropriately prescribe drugs to minor children. The doctors failed to appropriately call me about my sons appointment yesterday. They purposefully and willfully failed to involve me in medical decisions. The practice is inappropriately prescribing prozac to my minor child.
