Good doctor terrible receptionist…he has been my doctor for years and I tried to make an appointment and the receptionist told me to go to a pharmacy or walk in clinic and hung up. Not sure what the point of having a personal doctor is if you can’t even see them.
I love the dr but his receptionist is so rude. I try to put a complaint in about her and hung hung up she said since you’re putting a complaint in against me, I’m not putting your request through Dr. Farrell is an amazing doctor, but his receptionist needs to be fired immediately.
I do not appreciate the rude receptionist. Absolutely no care at all. Just sighing and making us feel like an inconvenience. Can see a giant difference when dealing with good people at Aberdeen Medical vs this cranky person. Brutal. She should be fired. And replaced with someone who has a genuine interest in helping someone.
Completely useless, wastes time and has no idea how things work now. Needs to be re-educated!
Been with Dr.farrell for years always enjoyed him as a doctor. But the past few years of dealing with his office has been absolutely terrible. Schedule a phone appointment miss the call by seconds call back right away, you miss your appointment. Doesn't help when he calls you 4 hours late. Poor communication not sending referrals. No follow up. Just terrible which is sad be cause he's a good doctor and an excellent person.
