Very friendly and efficient service. Even reprinted the docs for me after I missed my A number. Incredibly empathetic, and keen to do a good job and didnt pressure me to get overpriced vaccines from them. Would highly recommend.
This was the most disrespectful medical experience I have ever had. They misrepresented the cost of a Covid rapid test on the phone, scheduled an appointment for the end of the day, and then, after being 5 mins late for the appointment, told me that they could not do the test. I know, I know, being late is not great and it was my fault for being five minutes tardy. But if five minutes was going to blow the whole thing, why have an appointment at that time at all? I'm writing this review in connection with my mother's visit to this practice ahead of her trip to Cote d'Ivoire and Nigeria. My mother's GP was unavailable when she called for travel advice, so the nurse directed her to this travel clinic. They advised my mom that she needed SEVEN vaccines ahead of her trip. To be clear, she only needed one, but they took advantage of the fact that she didn't know any better. They administered all seven of the vaccines on the same day, which is so ludicrous I am still reeling at the thought... read more
