Amazing Mediator. Very fair with a tremendous amount of her mediation grounded in reasoning. While one might not leave mediation feeling as if the mediator was on one side, or the other (as exists in a good mediator), you will definitely leave a mediation with Ms. Rasmussen feeling heard and understood. Her mediation is founded in logic, and reasoning which left me feeling comfortable and confident no matter the outcome.
Laura is a fantastic attorney-mediator. I have used her several times and have the highest respect for her. She is smart, compassionate, and has an eye for detail.
Utah 50/50 state laws need to be changed, I was forced into mediation where Laura told me completely something different then my lawyer, she told my what a judge will do and I will be worse off to not agree either my ex, first of all my ex did nothing financially for his kids that don’t matter, my ex claims I was never on his account yet I was and he took me off taking $15,000 in the bank!
