Although Dr Farr apologized for the wait, appt time was 730, didn't see him until 830. Did not show us X-rays that were taken. Did refer us for an MRI. Offered the usual over the counter solutions, cortisone shot. Our primary care doctor could have done that. Office felt like an assembly line. Could not access our primary care doctors X-rays that were sent, needed another set taken. And of course they wanted full payment right then, instead of billing the insurance.
