I had to create a new account to post this, because Faro has blocked my real account from their page. I always loved the pizza at Faro, but will never be visiting again after interacting with their management on social media. I voiced concerns for their employees about their staying open on Christmas, and then during a blizzard, and was responded to in a horribly unprofessional way. ����� This place was beyond amazing! The authentic Italian Food was unbelievable, service was on point and everyone was very friendly. Our waiter Ty was outstanding in every way. My husband and I went back twice for dinner while staying in the area for the weekend. I would highly recommend this place to everyone I know and will most certainly be returning come summertime. Never had a chance to eat here, but ........., I called at 4:55 New Years eve to see if they were open and if they had any specials. I was told they did and that was it. No one told me they were fully booked and I needed a reservation until I walked through the door. Service is not that good. Small portions.drinks are weak and expensive
We like the food at Faro but they need to greatly improve their service. Even at the bar they are slow.
