Wanted to get a nice dinner with my Mom on Saturday Night went in and they asked if I had a reservation.....whaaaaaaat??? no thanks
Horrible service. Waited an hour to sit down at a table then 2 hours to order. When we were ready to leave the food came out. Asked to talked with the manager and he comped drinks. Will never go back, didn't even try the food.
Beautiful atmosphere, food was good. The wait for the food was just too long, about an hour on a Wednesday night at 7:30pm, and it just seemed a bit too pretentious. We were the first couple in the section we were sat in and the last too. The other two couples were about 20 minutes after us and left 20 minutes earlier than us. Our waitress was sweet but just kind of left us hanging in between. I'm glad I went, but I don't think I would go back.
Food was great service was excellent would definitely recommend it
Came here on a recommendation, wouldn't suggest coming here with young children or any expectation of even ordering for 45 min. Waitress brought a 3 year old's drink in a stemmed water glass filled to the top. BTW place is empty however waited for a straw for...it's been 15 min and hasn't arrived; it must be where they're baking the bread we are waiting for. This place is horrible! So unorganized and unprofessional!! Manager was horrible to deal with.
