Highly recommend, great attorneys and very attentive. They always answer and get results! Daniel Farnsworth came to see me in jail, got me released on bond and then was able to get my case in Clayton County completely dismissed! Great guy and great lawyer!
In my personal experience, Daniel’s name appeared in the metadata of legal documents that were later filed under someone else’s name. While I can’t speak to how or why that happened, it raised serious concerns for me about authorship and transparency in a case that involved contest. Some of the materials submitted included messages that did not align with the phone bill and were used in proceedings where free speech was chilled and ethical boundaries were crossed.
