From bad to worse... – I've rented from Farnsworth HIll for several years and have had nothing but negative interactions with them. In fact, throughout this period, they have gone from bad to worse in terms of customer service and apartment upkeep. The simplist request or inquiry is ignored for months despite the tenant's continual follow-up. Extraordinarily Awful I cannot be more emphatic in stating my continual disappointment in this firm. I have rented from this Farnsworth Hill for several years and they continue to surprise me with their complete disrespect for tenants. In fact, with each interaction, they reach a new low level of "poor service." Never again! – If I had known better when I was moving from Detroit to Chicago, I would have NEVER signed a contract with this leasing company. They are the most unprofessional angency I have ever encountered. My lease is up in less then two months, and let me say, I cannot be up fast enough. HORRIBLE!
