Customer service and work promises is horrible. I do not recommend this company to anyone. If I could give them negative stars I would. I had a new AC installed in May 2022 because of Chris's recommendation because old unit would have costed me about $3,000 to maintain. I wish I would have got a second opinion. I was told that I would have 3 year semi-annual maintenance, 2 whirly birds installed at a discount and duct cleaning included. I did get whilrly birds installed at discount but that is it.
