The most effective care is the most sensible and practical care possible. If it's too burdensome, it's not going to work, so working with you (rather than just tossing treatments at you) is critical.

Dr. Farnsworth was amazing. By far the most thorough dermatologist that I have even been to. I have a family history of melanoma and have never felt so at ease after an appointment.
Finally! I found a dermatologist in New Orleans who is calm, competent and thoughtful. The other two I've tried were so distracted with their teaching duties that I felt invisible. I'm so happy I kept trying until I found a good one. The office staff is excellent. I felt so good there compared to a big hospital situation with all the parking problems, and chaos, and high prices. This is what medical care should be like.
CAN TELL HE LOVES WHAT HE IS DOING AND TRULY CARES ABOUT HIS PATIENTS. ADDED BONUS - HIS INJECTIONS ARE PAINLESS!
Dr. Farnsworth is very honest, straight foward, and knowledgeable. The wait can be pretty long but that is because he takes the time to really diagnose his patients. Also, for LSU students from New Orleans, Dr. Farnsworth can be seen at the student health center. This is extremely convenient.
Farnsworth Dermatology has a 4.8 star rating with 102 reviews.
