Even though they are closed they still answer my questions
I drove an hour to look at the truck just to be informed that they could not sell it due to a recall it had that they didn't want to fix. The salesman was nice and apologized but I had been in contact with them for two days prior to my appointment and I wish they would have told me to save both of us from wasting our time.

The dealership responded to my inquiry quickly. I set an appointment to meet with a rep within a few hours of first contact. That was all great. However, when I arrived at the dealership I was not impressed. The dealership had the vehicle for over 200 days and had not performed an oil change. They also had not put new tires on the vehicle and they were almost bald. The rep even said “these tires won’t pass NY state inspection.” So why the heck did he let me test drive it?! The people there were extremely helpful not pushing us into anything just to make a sale. They always responded back to me in less than 30 mins. I even emailed them after hours and herd back from them before opening. There prices are competitive also. I would definitely recommend taking the time to call them or even drive an hour out of your way.
Dealer was very quick to respond and answered any questions I had.
They responded to my email quickly and set up a time for me to test drive it. I bought this truck and had a great experience here. I definitely will go back for my next car purchase.
