I lived there for almost 2 years. Nothing ever got fixed. My front door knob fell off. I reported it to office manager and maintenance person. So a gaping hole on my door. Was months before they fixed it. The apartments are very nice but it’s not worth the aggravation
RecommendedManagement has made my transition to Texas phenomenal! Very easy to work with and prompt at resolving maintenance issues. I’ve had several problems with my neighbor but overall I would recommend this quiet community!
RecommendedNice quiet area! Rent is definitely higher priced than other apt in town. Haven't had any problems with management- but what I pay for a handicap one bedroom with a discount is way too much.
