This was New Year's meal and of course, Farmstead came up roses! I had a wonderful time, starting with the Fireside Social, a lovely winter cocktail with housemade spiced cider, rum, lemon, agave and a fernet float! Exquisite! I would visit just for this drink! Gorgeous restaurant, loved the whole open concept and rustic yet modern feel. We did not get to see the farm because of the weather but really liked the style profile of the restaurant. The food was somewhat of a let down since we had been reading so many raving reviews. We ordered a couple starters and they were promising, especially the Cioppino. It was out first time there! Staff was awesome! Food...Off the hook! All fresh and organic! I'm coming back soon! I had the blackened passmore ranch trout! My boyfriend and the grass fed New York! Both highly recommended! � The restaurant itself is something to see! It's beautiful and rustic inside and out! Thank you Chef Nick Long for your recommendations! We loved the grilled Artichokes and the Farmstead charcuterie board with pickles!
It was Our first time there, we had a great time. The food was really fresh and all natural. We ordered the grilled trout and a New York steak. It was fantastic. Even got to meet with one of the chefs. Can't wait to go back ! Jim & Deb.
Beautiful grounds and restaurant. Top notch food with small plates great for sharing. Went for an anniversary lunch. Refreshing and unique cocktail selection. Seated right on time though there is plenty to do if one had to wait. We're only a few miles away in Sonoma so we will definitely be back.

Excellent foods and service, high ceiling with hard surfaces so it is noisy, conveniently located in an excellent environment. Be sure to take a walk around the main dining room and see the grounds and out door eating alternives.
I live out of state, so I don't get to be here very often. Between visits, though, I dream about this place. The service has always been excellent, and the food is indescribably delicious. Fresh makes a huge difference.
