This restaurant is very understated when viewing it from St Helena Highway. When actually pulling onto the parking lot and walking through the property to get to the restaurant it appears that you are walking into a very well manicured and beautifully done ranch property. The outside bar restaurant seating area us very much in the decor of farming and ranch motifs. The overall place is lovely. The back dining patio was shaded with tables separated by espaliered tress for privacy. The food was delicious with large portions we would split next time and the service was very good. The outside bar area, located in the front of the restaurant, has comfy sitting and misters. We will definitely return.
If I were in death row and was given a death wish my last request is to dine and wine again here at farmstead. It's just how ridiculously and heavenly my food and beverage experience was! SO. DAMN. GOOD.
An absolute gem of a place. Great quality food and beverages on offer. The outside bar is the best, with many locals and tourists mingling. Bar staff are top notch too! *must go*
Food was excellent and so was the atmosphere! Highly recommended!
My husband and I ate dinner here and I got trout which was very good. It had a lot of extra things on top like onions and mushrooms which I really didn’t need. The flavor from the grill and lemon juice along with the almonds is enough. My husband got the fried chicken special which was a three course dinner. Beautiful restaurant. Warm and Classy. Had the Foie Gras Breakfast Burger and it was stunning. We will definitely be back.
