My family medicine doctor referred me to this place as my 5-yr-old failed her vision test at her well child check up. I live in Morgan and I have a stressful full-time job working from home with two toddlers, so I had to take the afternoon off from work, arrange for my son to have someone watch him, and drive from Morgan to Farmington to get to the appointment. Parking. There is a sign right in the middle of the driveway. The stall right next to the side walk is the worst, you can easily back into the green sign post because it is close to stall. DO NOT PARK THERE- park on the street!
Update: changed to four stars because they were able to get the glasses extremely quickly and the eye doc called me. Original review: Kind and helpful office staff and great appt with the eye doc. We ordered glasses and were told 1-2weeks (probably closer to 2) until they came. Waited 2 weeks and 1 day and called to see if they came in and were told due to being short staffed and busy the order was just placed yesterday-2 weeks after we ordered them! Not thrilled since we were told we’d have them within two weeks.
Today was my second appointment with Dr. Nickle and I am so thankful that I found her. She is incredibly thorough, asking questions that I would not connect otherwise, and even eight months after my first visit it was clear that she genuinely remembered things I'd mentioned in my first visit. I did not have to wait at all when I showed up for my appointment. The other staff are all fantastic. I'm so happy I found Farmington Vision Clinic and look forward to many years of check ups.
The receptionists are quick and answer questions in a way that is very easy to understand. The doctors are very friendly and quick.
