Our visit this morning was the worst I’ve ever experienced in 43 years of owning pets! I couldn’t believe the disrespect and constant badgering I received for my choices about my dog. It continued even after I asked them to stop and made my way out to the receptionist, unbelievable.
My sister had just put one of her dogs down due to illnesses on Monday. She had just gotten out of the hospital herself after three days. Then this dog didn’t seem too well so we took her to Valley Vet. We were so pleased with the Dr. and her assistants. The way we were treated and more so the gentleness of the treatment of her dog. All our dogs and cats have been patients with this clinic. We have raised, trained and shown labradors for a very long time. We would never take any of our pets anywhere else!

our dog trigger was seen by dr Alvarez (or however you spell her last name lol) we felt very comfortable leaving our dog under her care because she treated him like he was her own dog. great news with the medications givin he is pretty much back to normal no more episodes of ruggedness. thank God. he has a follow up next Wednesday she what the doctor has to say. I will definitely be taking him back to them. great service for sure with out a doubt.
