This property is overpriced and definitely not worth the rent they charge. Parking is a nightmare—there aren’t enough spots for residents, yet they oversell parking permits and aggressively enforce towing. It feels like they prioritize making money off residents rather than providing fair amenities. For what they charge, the rental rates are not competitive with other nearby options. Would not recommend.
Great apartments, it’s so nice to have your own garage to park in and not have anyone live above or below you.
I lived here for over a year and I can say it’s a beautiful & peaceful neighborhood. Roger (maintenance) was always helpful when something went wrong never waited more than a day to get things checked out. I definitely recommend these townhomes too everyone
