2 Weeks trying to find out about the apartments they are advertising, left 3 messages, send an email, sent 2 inquiries via 2 different 3rd party sources. Worthless people at this place, found another place to live. Why advertise if you do not have the smarts to call people back.
I've made several attempts to contact this community's office to inquire about leasing a place to live since it's been advertised.. I've heard nothing back. Please do NOT advertise if you do not plan on getting to people. Ghosting and/or ignoring inquiries at this age is just childish.. grow up!!
Great location. Barb ,the Manager and her Assistant Brenda are very friendly. There is a lot of paperwork to file and it can be confusing but they are there to help. The not knowing what is happening hard. All of the residents that we interacted with seem very friendly and welcoming. We hope to be a resident soon.
