My home is literally falling apart, and I’m only one month out of warranty. Home Creations has refused to help. Since the recent cold front, there has been a significant amount of air blowing through all of my windows. I’ve actually gotten sick from sleeping in my room at night because of the cold drafts. The overall buying process went smoothly. All issues were quickly addressed and taken care of. Home is lovely and very well built. David, the property manager, was great to work with! The only issue we had was with the lender. Do not use the wells fargo lender they provide. He is an embarrassment to lenders. He completely forgot about things constantly and required constant supervision. Save yourself the hassle and use one of their other lenders. You will thank yourself afterwards.
