The overall buying process went smoothly. All issues were quickly addressed and taken care of. Home is lovely and very well built. David, the property manager, was great to work with! The only issue we had was with the lender. Do not use the wells fargo lender they provide. He is an embarrassment to lenders. He completely forgot about things constantly and required constant supervision. Save yourself the hassle and use one of their other lenders. You will thank yourself afterwards.
We love our home and recommend anyone to look at a home creations home if you want great energy efficiency and a quality home.
