Recommendedmy family has been living here for 20 years and management is wonderful those that say management sucks or is mean or they prey on the elderly need to maybe check their attitude because Sonia's job is not easy when dealing with 266 tenants. but management are wonderful people
I have been living here for 19 years and never had a problem. Sonya’s job is not easy and if any body ever worked they had a boss to answer too and so does she. Sonya is only doing what her bosses tell her to do. They don’t give Eddy any extra help it’s him and his son. They couldn’t give me enough money for that job. They are doing the best that they can with what the have. The bottom line is I love it here. Yes I do recommend farmingdale villas
Management preys on the elderly, the weak. They are all petrified of Sonya. My neighbor was going to sleep with her door open all night because if she closed it, it would lock & she couldn’t get out. She was afraid to call Sonya so I called and Ed came & changed the lock right away. When I moved she charged me $40.00 for drip pans (for stove) even though I replaced them with brand new ones from Walmart ($10.00). This is a small sample of what goes on at Farmingdale Villas.
Absolutely a great place to live the management is wonderful remember your treated the way you treat others. Great job Ed and crew in this snow storm. We are very thankful for all your hard work.
The owner is a bitch she screws w the tenants if you have company or a child that is staying w you shell get there cars towed a two bedroom apt only comes w one parking spot ,the mantinance is horrible & there not good to there older people the try to get over on them
