My wife and I went in there a couple days ago because we recently moved to the area and I saw a review that had the farmhouse listed in the top 15 small restaurants in missouri and after our dinner I can say the person who wrote the review must have only ate at 15 restaurants period my wife had breakfast and I had a chicken fried steak it was tender but lacked anything that resembles flavor she said the best thing about her meal was the bacon there is no way this place is a top 15 I see all these 5 star reviews on here and I... read more

Best chicken and dumplings, hands down!!! It was so good we came back for breakfast the next day. So much food! We had a really great server also!

Farmhouse Restaurant serves delicious food with portions that leave you wondering if you'll have room for their dessert. All the servers were cheerful. Salina, our server, was very helpful. It is worth the wait!
Might have the best biscuits ever! I would seriously consider having a meal entirely of them. This restaurant is a MUST visit when you are in Branson. Can't wait to visit again!
Waitress had to be asked for more water. Never once checked if our food was ok or if we needed anything. She came to drop off bill and give to go box. Worse part of our whole trip. Scripture everywhere which was nice. But our waitress I guess thought she didn't have to really serve. Didn't see smiles or happy faces on many who were waiting for their waitress or food.
