RecommendedGreat service! Food came out fast and was delicious!
Horrible service, 2 hour wait for dinner, no refills of drinks, not even water, French Onion soup & a tenderloin ordered, soup wasnt even lukewarm, waitress forgot yo put our order in. didn't even come & tell us, just ignored us. Sirloin steak was cold, 2 hours waiting for this meal, & only offered 1 free drink for appeasement. Waitress said she would have Manager take care of us for the wait. then set down a $75.00 plus bill. Paid our bill& walked out, wont be back!
Visited last night with friends for the igloo experience. Waited 45 minutes (on a 2 hour time limit) for drinks. We were told they couldn’t find the whiskey that was ordered. Had to ask for a coke 5 times, never got any bread with our meal. The table was was not level, The prime rib was over cooked and mostly fat. We were told when the check came that an 18% gratuity was included then when she came back after she swiped our card she told us it wasn’t included but required. Over 1 hour waiting at our table for our meal to arrive. Cheese curds was bad. Wedge salad was bad. Very slow to refill our water. Our water was filled 1x in over an hour. Complained to the manager we waited over an hour for our food. She said ok and walked away. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I won’t be back. Nice atmosphere, not so good food. very slow service, and they said there were fully staffed!
Just don’t go. Mediocre at best and staff is horrible.
My husband and I went to pick apples yesterday 10-14-2020. We had a nice day. We had made reservations for around 3:00 at the Farmhouse Restaurant but finished picking early. We had no problem getting seated early because it wasn't busy. I ordered their fried chicken dinner. My fried chicken is way better. Their chicken had no seasons and no taste. Just had dinner, steaks were juicy and cooked perfect. All the food was great. 2 things I liked better tonight, 1) I enjoyed the dinner roll instead of the corn bread 2) you have cut down the amount of cheese on the French onion soup, I enjoyed the delicious soup and didn’t have to fight all that massive melted cheese. Go there at least 4 times each summer. Had a ribeye today that was $36 and it was aweful. All grizzle.
