The clerks are always very helpful.
I do usually highly recommend this place. However, I do feel that my trip there today was not as pleasant as my previous. I must say the woman helping me was very helpful and informative but when my bag of dog food was rung up it was a few dollars more than what was marked on the bag. The attendant asked two people how to make it right and the response was that it was “mismarked”. I do feel as tho they should have honored it or even offered. Great staff. Most all gardening supplies available
Great animal supplies. I buy "the best" flowering plants there. .mini doggie biscuits, dog collars with real metal riveted into the colar by a person! plant foods seeds, tools, horse supplies, friendly workers!!!! I picked a lone flower of my beautiful plant from them in hopes I can get it again next spring. You can see my happy dog with collar purchased here.
Top notch crew. Everything for gardener from A to Z
They have what i need. But i asked the Saleswoman for a product to kill grubbs in my yard & i bought the stuff for like $40.00 plus and found out it "Did Not kill Grubs!" I am Aggrivated about That,after i used it on my St.Augustine Lawn,what's left of it,now the grubs did not die! That Sod was Expensive! I should have bought GrubX from Lowes,but she told me this other stuff was better & grubx didn't work,grrrrr! I Hope my grass survives in the Winter- nxt year here in Wilmington NC?
UPDATE: I gave Farmers Supply another chance since my previous review and have had nothing but positive experiences since. The employees are friendly and always willing to answer questions and give advice. I am so glad that I went back! called at 3:56 on a Saturday to check on hay availability. woman said they had some and basically hung up... no thank you or bye. just a rude "dont bother me" hang up.
