I had a pretty disappointing experience here and felt it was important to share. I arrived for my appointment with my driver-side window stuck down due to a failed window regulator—and it was raining. I informed staff right away, but my car was still left exposed to the rain until I said something again and went out myself to cover it. That alone was concerning.
