The worse service I have ever had, 12 people and only two that I could understand, and 6 disconnects. And told private info and could not give me, I was calling from a business, had a check with no related name on it to know who to post the amount too A farmers ck and not description on it just needed to know the name on the policy holder They were so rude and would not give me the info. and then hung up again.
Cancelled my husband's policy after paying for over 35 years!! No letter sent to increase payment. They were still auto deducting $125.00 then sent cancel notice, with a $360.00 fee and $175.00.
Don’t buy life insurance from Farmers! After paying premiums for years they will find a reason to cancel your policy!
Customer service is the pits. No one answers the phone; including my agent, whose # isn't valid on a website. You are placed on hold for long periods of time with wait periods of an hour.The call back service never calls back. If there were anything below 1 star, they've earned it
I just got off the phone with Customer Service...at least that was what the prompt called the department I was sent to. They need to change the department name to Customer No Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Buyer beware.
