Tried to cancel 3policies and it cost me 3additional premiums ( 3 months),numerous phone calls, wrong fax number on policy forms, and multiple hrs missed from work! It seems like they will not cancel your policy without a cost to you! Not right in my opinion! Will not use this insurance company for anything else! AAA is much better with customer service too!
Been calling for two days. Yesterday, there was a recording that the network was down. I called back today. Now, it is a 60 min wait time on hold. I took the option for a call back. I never got called back. I called again several hours later, and it is still a 60 min wait. I have been a FNWL customer for over 30 years. This is no way to treat customers!!!!!
5 phone calls regarding check from life insurance policy surrender. No help. No check. Requested December 22nd 2025. No one cares about customer service.
The worse service I have ever had, 12 people and only two that I could understand, and 6 disconnects. And told private info and could not give me, I was calling from a business, had a check with no related name on it to know who to post the amount too A farmers ck and not description on it just needed to know the name on the policy holder They were so rude and would not give me the info. and then hung up again.
