Internet constantly cuts in and out. Only internet provider for Earling �
Frustrating that you can't view/pay your bill on-line. Website looks like it was created in 1999. Tech support acts like it's coming out of their paycheck to talk to you. Prices are high because rural areas have few, if any other options. Surely they could do better.
Prices high for services provided. Customer service is poor, treat you like you're dumb. Would recommend using either hughesnet or if you have unlimited data, use your cell phone company.
Internet rarely works. Overpriced for the service that you get.
High prices and horrible internet latency. We pay for a 6mb connection and we're currently receiving on average about 1mb down if we're lucky. Wish we had more options...
