As soon as I walked into this bank, I was greeted with such positivity . The people who work here are so kind. Kaitlyn was absolutely the most amazing help. She had answers to all my questions and was able to help me quickly and had answers to all of my questions. She deserves a raise!

I have had a terrible time accessing my online account with Farmer's and Merchants bank in Reisterstown. This has been going on for three weeks. I have had the Security dept working with me and I thought we had the problem solved, however the next time I tried to log on, the same menu came up saying my user name and/or login were incorrect. This is very frustrating and I really close to changing my bank.
