Terrible Customer Service Ted Miller and his wife (secretary) are unprofessional liars. They cancelled one of my homeowner’s policies without notifying me. Two months later, the mortgage company notified me that I didn’t have insurance on that home. When I contacted my agent, he blamed Farmers for HIS error. All the checks I sent in April had been cashed by Farmers. Ted Miller could not offer any logical explanation for his error or the lack of notification. Worth a quote Been with Nick for years and his good guy. He has not alot to do with customers these days but has a decent staff- there is one female that doesn't know what she is doing but overall office good. Price- definitely not the lowest- but service and phone returns on quotes are good. While a little high Farmers is decent insurance company.
