I initially called them 2 advise that they needed 2 update their records, as I had been receiving insurance renewals 4 someone else. Then I inquired about a homeowner's insurance policy 4 myself. Amy was more than willing & eager 2 offer me a policy until I questioned the quoted price which was more than my existing premium through Farmer's (MetLife).
