I stumbled across Craig while looking for insurance. I was worried that I would encounter a pushy salesperson who cared about nothing but commissions. Craig is the opposite. He listened to my requirements, and even suggested a lower priced insurance that would be more appropriate for me. I was still on Cobra at the time, and I actually dropped the ball on follow up. Made the mistake of asking for an auto insurance quote. I have been bombarded with phone calls and emails for months, even after explaining I had gone with someone else. It s rediculous and bugging people is no way to earn their business.Â
This company doesn t understand the concept of do not call me anymore . I tried to be very nice about the repeated phone calls from this company, but I ve had enough. We received another one today. My wife and I are disabled and really don t like being bombarded with unsolicited phone calls from this company. I urge anyone that has been getting multiple unsolicited phone calls from this company, to file a complaint with the state insurance commisioner. We recevied superior service from Craig with regard to our auto coverage. We were stranded with a broken down vehicle on a weekend and Craig came to our rescue! He took time out of his day off to help us out. He is very knowledgable about what Farmers offers and always very polite and available when we call to ask questions.
