The negative review is false and made up. We responded to every request made by this lady and her anger should have been directed to the carrier. We do not control the rates or the timeline on return premiums. When she requested cancellation and or certificates we responded to the insureds needs. Thank you, Mike
I've had a policy with Mike for five years and have regretted every moment of it. The team is extremely unresponsive, unless it's to upsell you to other policies. I had written a negative review previously due to an overpayment that took months to process, but removed the review at their request. I very rarely need to interact with the team, so I would hate to find out how their communication would be if anything actually happened to my home.
