I had a large rock crack my windshield on the highway the afternoon before leaving for vacation. I called and spoke to Elizabeth and she was able to get me right in the next morning at 7am with the Safelite location closest to me. New windshield with a small deductible and peace of mind before leaving for our vacation! Thank you Farmers!!
They offered me a competitive price when I switched 5–6 years ago, but since then they have steadily increased my premiums while their customer service has become almost nonexistent. Their accounting system also seems quite unreliable, as they frequently issue refunds due to unexplained recalculations. So, I moved on.
I don’t know what is going on My bill was 120 at first Now it is 816 now 2026 It keeps going up I am a senior and limited income They don’t notify you anymore just increase the bill Upset with this place
