The people at this office are great and they really tried to help me throughout a terrible claim experience with Farmers.Tim specifically continued to call and follow up and explain things while Farmers failed miserably. If they offered alternative insurance I would otherwise continue to use them.

Worst claim experience ever. Unresponsive adjuster, Reese, who will start ignoring you. Forget being able to get an estimate or ANY sort of documentation from them. Had $30k dollars of damage to my home and I had to fight Farmers tooth and nail to get $10k covered. They think a tree limb failing on a roof, punching holes in decking, causing water damage to kitchen ceiling and destroying a fence is less than a $3,300 deductible… in 2026? Timothy is always so helpful when it comes to helping me get the best insurance prices!! I’ll hopefully continue to use him throughout his career and mine!! I would recommend him to anyone!!

I had a large rock crack my windshield on the highway the afternoon before leaving for vacation. I called and spoke to Elizabeth and she was able to get me right in the next morning at 7am with the Safelite location closest to me. New windshield with a small deductible and peace of mind before leaving for our vacation! Thank you Farmers!!

They offered me a competitive price when I switched 5–6 years ago, but since then they have steadily increased my premiums while their customer service has become almost nonexistent. Their accounting system also seems quite unreliable, as they frequently issue refunds due to unexplained recalculations. So, I moved on.
