I was a customer of Lu Ann for many years. More recently, I've been working with John Edwards. They have both been exemplary and are responsive to my emails or phone calls when needed!
John was excellent.
I have been using Farmers on Miami for many years. Both Lou Ann and Megan are very friendly and helpful, so I understand my policies and get all the discounts I can. They are never too busy to talk to me.
