I really worry about Lee's judgement. As an insurance agent, he should be well versed and well informed (at least a tiny bit) of real estate rules and regulations. Lee runs and operates an illegal vacation rental in St. George. The city has reached out to him, and he does nothing about it. I worry he lacks the character necessary to insure a property, if he can't even follow local zoning laws, especially when he knowingly breaks the law.Â
