Had a accident where I was rear ended got screwed on that by my insurance. Then i sent them the sr21 for the state showing I had insurance they messed that up. Had my license suspended because they didn't properly do their job so was not able to drive for over a week. Got no compensation or apology. They want you premium but then you are on your own poor agency
