Awful. I attended a charity event across the street yesterday evening and afterwards found out my car had been towed. The parking was so flooded that many charity attendees parked in this Farmers Insurance parking lot because there was no where else to park. Everyone thought it would be okay to park in the Farmer's Insurance parking lot because the office was closed and it was a night event.
