Great Agency Renee's office has the friendliest staff. They are always there, and very knowledgeable. They always explain everything in details. Thank You! On October 21, 2008, I was involved in an accident when another vehicle came out of a parking lot and hit me. My car was badly damaged and I called my agent, Tim Wheeler, to see what to do. He immediately got a claim started with Farmers. Hands On! Tim Wheeler was the main reason I recovered for damages to my Toyota Camry. The company that owned the vehicle involved in hitting my car was giving me the runaround in taking responsibility for the accident. I called Tim and drove to his office where he took pictures of the damage to my car. He was able to get the offending party to own up to their responsibility in the matter.
