Great businessman
I was happy with Joel as my agent at first. However it has taken me a while to realize he is not truthful with details within coverage and costs. He will tell you one thing, and in reality it's not true. Do not trust him for what he says, I now owe way more than I initially thought due to him being misleading I admit poor judgement on my part for trusting him. Joel Christner is not a good or honest person. He tricked me and left me high and dry. Told me I had insurance and everything was fine when in fact the policy was cancelled without my knowledge. Canceled after 2 months when I had paid the policy in full for the year. My family has used Joel for a couple years for our auto policies etc. and I have a commercial building I told him I needed insurance on to which he said no problem.
