Jeffrey Helms is the BEST insurance agent I ever had in nearly 50 years of having Farmers Insurance. Jeff will do claims for me and stay personally connected with me about them. Any questions I have, Jeff will answer them as quickly as possible. In my experience with two severe hail storms this summer of 2018 in Greeley, Jeff quickly did claims for my house roof and for my Honda CR-V, and he arranged for Farmers insurance adjusters to come to my home as soon as possible.
