Worst of the worst! Harry Bryant's office insured my father in laws rental property for many years. One parcel with 3 rental units. This was his only source of retirement income except SS. One of the units fell into disrepair from long term, undetected and unintended water damage. After tenants moved out and the damage was obvious, the unit was condemned.
