So I came in today around 4:00pm because we needed some help with some paper work and have some of it faxed to our claim adjuster. So we tried opening the door but it was locked. So this younger girl opens the door so unprofessional states so she does payments only she is only covering for someone. We asked if she can at least fax over some paper work she no because she doesn't know how to use the fax machine.
