The scotch eggs are yummy and the selection of beer is terrific. Nice staff too!
I was really disappointed in my meal. The food has been much better on previous visits. I ordered shrimp and grits and the grits were crunchy. My mom ordered the Alaskan cod with sautéed cabbage and bacon, and the cabbage wasn’t cooked. More like greasy coleslaw than sautéed cabbage. For an $80 meal, I was disappointed. I’ll go back for the wine but skip the food.
Farm fresh and brilliantly paired food! UH-MAZING! Chef Andy has indeed out done himself. Gastropub should always be on the list whenever you're in Springfield! YUM!!!
The service was excellent. The seasonal cocktail Toasted Chestnut Old Fashioned was so yummy. My chicken fried chicken livers with cheese grits, cashews and green onions were so delicious I forgot to take a pic!

Shrimp and grits we're amazing. The grits we're more creamy than grainy. Lots of bacon on top with a sprinkling of chives. Wonderful dinner.
