Hands down the best meal I had in San Fran!!!! You can taste the love in every bite. And the story of the founder and the staff just makes you want to support these extraordinary cooks. My hats off to y'all all the way from Dallas. Anytime I go to San Fran, I'm going to farmerbrown!!!!!
We were a party of 7 (with a reservation) at 5:30 pm last Friday. We were seated immediately. The restaurant was pretty empty when we arrived. The server came over and took our drink and appetizer order. She returned a few minutes later with some mini strawberry muffins. They were DELICIOUS! Amazing breakfast! I want the recipe for the waffles and the biscuits! We loved everything we had - eggs cooked to perfection, tons of bacon, biscuits, fluffy waffles (except the house potatoes, they needed to be cut thinner and cooked more crisp).

Fantastic food & service! Classic food with a current twist - everybody at the table was happy. Great way to start an evening before going to the theater.
Brunch was excellent. Catfish and chicken perfect and the creamy grits reminded me of growing up in Carolina. Well done!!
