I'd second the issues with the land lord he is unresponsive to say the least. A friend of mine came to visit me he was surprised because he used to live in the apartment and the same mold was there from him living there years before. I had to use 3 dehumidifiers and when I asked a out it he told me I was taking showers too long (class act).
The place is nice, but the landlord has few problems, including forgetting many times, who actually lives there. The light bulbs in the building goes bad very often and it takes him a while to get it replaced. The landlord's nature is not very good either and no one in the building actually gets along with him. There has been break-ins in the building in the past including stealing of the mail's after the mailbox was broken in.
