The burgers are cooked medium well. I did not like.
Food was very very average, maybe even slightly below average. Recipes definitely need to be updated. We had the tomato bisque and it wasn’t balanced at all, very acidic and not enough cream. The bread pieces in it were to the point of no return. I understand using a day old or even two day old bread as the croutons in a soup, but I could taste the stale bread through the bisque flavors which was not pleasant. The Brussels sprouts were absolutely amazing,
Food was great. But man, the coffee is terrible. The brewed coffee was watered down and didn't taste good. The Vietnamese coffee was over sweetned. We even went and got coffee somewhere else to make up for this experience.
