We are a neighborhood-friendly, farm-to-table concept uses its own herb garden in its craft approach to seasonal cooking. Our standard (seasonally changing) menu items include appetizers, small plates, salads & larger entrees. Family-style options and farm-specific dinners are also available. Weekly ingredients and daily versions of favorite flavors are featured on a large chalkboard stretching across the entire kitchen wall.

First time visiting Farm Table on Tuesday night. I have a picky 11 yr old who devoured his bacon Mac n cheese, husband who drooled over the pork chop and I got the chicken with brussel sprouts and sweet potato that is now my favorite meal ever. Sadly I can't remember our servers name but she was so delightful and helpful. Will be back!!!

It was a awesome taste adventure from Farm Table in Wake Forest.Mouth explosion of flavor. I got takeout menu for quick stop pickup later. Very surprised, the flavor of pork belly was awesome ,salad , shrimp, soup. Over the top!

Wonderful! Held my birthday dinner here for a group of 10 and it was amazing! Love the decor! The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious! And one of the few places that serves Meiomi pinot noir by the glass - one of my faves! And a free birthday dessert complete with a candle was the icing on the cake:-) We'll definitely be back!

So happy to have found this restaurant. It had a great menu, perfectly prepared food, great decor, and great service. I highly recommend this restaurant and I am trained in quality dining by Roy's in Poipu. I loved the "true to food" feel I got. I recommend the flatbread it's like a personal pizza for everyone to share or not, haha.
