We are a neighborhood-friendly, farm-to-table concept uses its own herb garden in its craft approach to seasonal cooking. Our standard (seasonally changing) menu items include appetizers, small plates, salads & larger entrees. Family-style options and farm-specific dinners are also available. Weekly ingredients and daily versions of favorite flavors are featured on a large chalkboard stretching across the entire kitchen wall.

Went here for the first time tonight. The food was delicious, the restaurant is a beautiful rustic setting, and the service is amazing! Our server Nicole was so sweet and personable. She never let our drinks go empty and she made this tired mom and dad feel so relaxed and comfortable. HIGHLY recommend!

Earth to Farm Table...are you kidding $16.00 for Mac n Cheese and $32 bucks for shirt ribs??? What a gimmick, I don't care how how local or organic your menu is. Considering all the New York transplants that live in Heritage your trying way to hard to be fancy. This is not Manhattan. A weak Gin & Tonic and above average food at best plus way to LOUD! On a plus note the decor was tastefully done and visiting with good friends was very nice.

We live out of state, but my favorite place to eat when we come to Raleigh area! Food is outstanding, everything that we have tried has been very good! Looking forward to my next visit!!

Had dinner last night with friends and although a nice looking restaurant, rustic/casual I don't think I would go back. The tables are small with clunky claw legs. They featured a wine from Spain that tasted like medicine which I sent back. I ordered the soup and the duck meatballs. The size of the soup was ridiculously large and the meatballs were under cooked. Soup should compliment a meal not take over as the meal.
